I'm trying to make a marina/yacht club manager a full time career, any suggestions? - yacht club at brickell

Currently I am working on a yacht club on Long Iceland and his time. I try to make a full-time career, but his inability to do that here) (in the northeast. I like going to the south or the west coast and am a difficult time finding training and jobs. Suggestions? I have a degree in communications and 5 years maritime experience. Where do I look?
