Ghi said that he knew not receive a recommendation from a doctor, and I believe that Blue Cross says you should. Does anyone have any experience with health plans in New York? I do not want only the best references and preferably required. Thank you for your help.

GHI PPO or EPO requires no evidence, but the last time when he knew GHI HMO. (Healthy NY offers all these plans.) Blue Cross Blue Shield through the Healthy NY is an HMO, and certainly a reference. HIP also need references. HealthNet does not need references. Oxford MVP and can go anyway, depending on what you select. Many plans are in these days, since the references are a kind of malaise.
